JUSTIN BIEBER READIES NEW ALBUM FOR NOVEMBER....

Justin Bieber
The pop superstar will reportedly release the follow-up to 2012’s Believe on Friday, Nov. 13. While the date was announced by both HITS Daily Double and Billboard, Bieber’s camp has yet to provide a confirmation. The upbeat first single from the album, “What Do You Mean?,” will arrive on Aug. 28. Bieber has been counting down to the release on social media with help from his friends including Big Sean, Ariana Grande, Travi$ Scott, and Mariah Carey. “It’s fun, it’s summery … Definitely the first single is amazing,” he told Ryan Seacrest last month. “I worked really hard on it with a guy named Poo Bear.” Additionally, HITS reports that the song got a “huge response” from programmers at the recent iHeartMedia Music Summit.

Bieber has been in the studio with heavy-hitters including Kanye West, Rick Rubin, and Skrillex working on his first album in three years, and says the project is “along the same lines” as his Skrillex and Diplo collaboration “Where Are Ü Now.” “It’s really uplifting, clear, poppy, but cool,” he said. “The sounds are super expensive. Skrillex is a genius. He’s super futuristic and I just love his sound. So to be able to incorporate that sound with what I’m doing has been super cool because it’s new and fresh. I feel like no one has done it before. I’m very excited.” Meanwhile, “Where Are Ü Now” sits at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 after 23 weeks.
