First photos of Beyonce and Jay Z’s new $45 million Holmby Hills palace

Last month, Jay Z and Beyonce were given a 60-day ultimatum to move out of their L.A. estate. From the reports, the Knowles-Carters were renting the 16,000 square foot home at about $150,000 per month, but the estate was sold last February for $35.5million and they had just sixty days to move out.

But TMZ has confirmed that the duo, who toured the world over the summer, have finally found a bigger and better home at Holmby Hills which costs $45 million.

The sprawling new place was previously owned by Diggers player Frank McCourt and was bought by a British millionaire who is now renting it out to Jayonce at $150, 000 per month. The palace (which it is!) is a 20,000 square foot marvel with multiple pools, a waterfall and formal gardens.
